Originating from the Aligoté grape variety, the second most important variety in Burgundy, planted in 1998 at Igé by Pierre-Yves and Olivier. We want to give this cuvée a fruity side, young and fresh but with a lot of maturity. We have never wanted to create a traditionally acidic Aligoté. With appetizers, grilled fish, seafood, Burgundy snails and goat cheese from Macon, this wine will delight the Aligoté enthusiast. To be enjoyed within 2-3 years with a traditional meal.
