Created in 2000, under the influence of our cuvée «La Cra», we wanted to highlight also our good terroirs where are planted our Pinot Noir. Thanks to the work of the vine, since the spring when we carry out the severe debarking, then just after the flower of vine where we strip to aerate to the maximum the bunches, passing by the green harvest in the month of July if necessary, the grapes arrive very well at maturity, with a very good health. This cuvée, gives a wine with a lot of fruitiness, roundness, a beautiful material with a pronounced cherry red color and a beautiful concentration worthy of a great Burgundy. This cuvée created in 2000 is today the reference of the Domaine Fichet in Pinot Noir.
